Increasing client commitment leads directly to more placements. This additional revenue comes with no increase in overheads, going straight to the bottom line, minus sales commissions to your consultants
The program is designed for you to complete one training session per week for 8 weeks. Of course you may decide to go through the modules more quickly, that’s entirely up to you.
Before you begin, calculate the percentage of retained jobs and exclusive jobs you’ve won in the last 12 months so you have a benchmark to measure your progress against. Within 8 weeks we expect that you will be winning more retainers, engagement fees and exclusive jobs. Some clients have won their first retainer within 7 days!
