I don't care how good I am (or think I am (and that's usually my ego talking)), to become the best I can be, I need a coach. I don't need a coach all of the time or during every season, but being coached is one of the top 3 things I believe all successful people do. It's certainly in my top 3.

I've set some objectives for myself for the next four years; things I want to get done not later than December 31, 2024.

After knowing Mark for several years and also having received coaching from a number of top professionals in our industry (recruiting), I have chosen Mark for the next 1-year (minimum) as my coach.

If you're looking for a top-level coach to help you get to your next level (however you define that), I recommend you check him out. Set a call with him & see if working with him makes sense.

If you've read this far, I know you are interested in what Mark might can do for you. Therefore, I'll give you an example of one of my goals and why I believe he will truly help me.

In spite of Covid, 2020 has been a good year for me. I've been recruiting for 18 years. I now have other interests. I want to be able to bill in 2021 what I have done in 2020 and do it in 75% of the time. Achieving that goal means I get back 1-week/month of my life.

The best way to do that is to have systems. While I have some systems in place, Mark has more. (That's his job...to figure out things to help us recruit better (because recruiting is our job.)) I look to build out better systems in 2021 with Mark's coaching. If I bill the same amount in 9-months, then I have achieved 100% of my objective. If I bill more in still 75% of the time, then I am achieving 110%, 125%, or more of my objective.

If you want, shoot me a note anytime rom February 2021 onward, I'll honestly tell you where we are at. (I need at least 4-months to be able to provide anyone an honest opinion.) Until then, if you are looking for a coach, hire him. If you are looking to get better, but haven't thought about a way to do that, hire him.

The only reason not to hire him is because you don't have any strong clear objectives burning in your soul. And if that's the case, you should really hire him so he can help you formulate those goals and pull the best out of you.
